As the mother of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr, a physician as well as Thelma Burnell Henson, Michele Carey whose birth name is Michele Lee Henson was born on February 26, 1942 at Annapolis, Maryland in the United States of America. As a teenager she had a great talent at playing piano and won an award at the national Chicago Music Festival when she was only 13 years old. The family settled in Fort Collins, Colorado with her family, and completed her high schooling in Fort Collins High School where she was graduated in 1960. She relocated to Los Angeles in order to pursue better career opportunities. Her initial career path was modeling as she got signed with the elite modeling agency Powers agency. When she was still modeling she started to get more attracted to acting. She caught the eye of Hollywood producers while she was doing it. The actress made her debut on television in the series, The Man from U.N.C.L.E. Michele was one of the most well-known American entertainers started her professional career as a fashion model. Her work was at Powers Agency, before launching into the world of acting. Her role in the 1966 film, El Dorado, as a major character the troublemaker Josephine Joey MacDonald, exposed her to more attention. The roles she played in the 60s and 70s helped make her an acclaimed actress.
